About:

Are you looking for a full-time job in the Almere area and have experience in logistics? Then this position at a leading paper wholesaler is perfect for you!

Together with your team, you will be responsible for cutting and portioning the paper.

Collaboration and personal development are key. You will work in a close-knit team, where you will be collectively responsible, which is rewarded with a company bonus of 3.2%. Additionally, you can earn a personal bonus of 4.8% based on achieving your own targets.

Responsibilities:

As a Paper Cutter, you will strengthen the team and be responsible for cutting and packaging paper into the correct sizes. You will ensure that the quality of the final product meets the high standards of our client. You work accurately and are good with numbers, as only through your precision will the customer receive a custom-cut final product.

Qualifications:

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role is an advantage, but not required; we are happy to train you.
  • A precise work ethic and attention to detail.
  • A flexible attitude and good communication skills.
  • Own transportation, as the location is best reached by car.
Proficiency in Dutch and/or English languages is required for this position.

Benefits:

Salary: Including bonuses, between €2579 – €2785

  • Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer
  • Company bonus of 3.2% based on achieving company targets
  • Personal bonus of 4.8% based on achieving personal targets
