About

You kick off your day with a fresh coffee and a look at the ticketing system. Within minutes, you’re handling a few first-line incidents: a colleague can’t log in, a printer refuses to cooperate, and there’s a software setup request. You act quickly, professionally, and with a smile. Later in the day, you join the IT team to brainstorm on network improvements and bring fresh ideas to the table. No two days are alike, and that’s exactly what makes this role exciting.

You’ll be directly employed by an international logistics company that strongly believes in the power of technology and innovation. In a fast-paced environment, you’ll have the freedom to grow, learn, and make a real impact. From IT support to cybersecurity awareness, you’re a key player in improving internal digital systems.

What will you do?

  • Act as the first point of contact for IT-related questions (1st line support)
  • Resolve incidents both remotely and on-site
  • Set up and manage hardware and software
  • Track and follow up tickets through the ticketing system
  • Maintain documentation and knowledge bases
  • Identify and suggest improvements to the IT infrastructure
  • Contribute to innovation and cybersecurity projects
  • Raise awareness of cyber security across the company

What do we expect from you?

  • You have completed an MBO level 3 or 4 education in IT
  • You have at least 1 year of experience in a Windows-based support role
  • You hold a valid driver’s license
  • You are a clear communicator, customer-oriented, and keep cool under pressure
  • Basic knowledge of ITIL is preferred (or willingness to learn)
  • Windows/Microsoft certifications are a plus
  • You’re used to working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

What can you expect from us?

  • A varied role with lots of freedom and responsibility
  • Direct contract with a stable, international employer
  • The opportunity to obtain certifications at no cost
  • Travel expense reimbursement
  • Training and growth opportunities
  • A fun, motivated team with short lines of communication
  • Room for your ideas and personal input
  • A collaborative and supportive working environment
