You kick off your day with a fresh coffee and a look at the ticketing system. Within minutes, you’re handling a few first-line incidents: a colleague can’t log in, a printer refuses to cooperate, and there’s a software setup request. You act quickly, professionally, and with a smile. Later in the day, you join the IT team to brainstorm on network improvements and bring fresh ideas to the table. No two days are alike, and that’s exactly what makes this role exciting.
