Are you detail-oriented and looking for a dynamic role in logistics? As an Administrative Logistics Coordinator, you ensure all incoming and outgoing shipments are correctly processed while supporting the warehouse team with administrative tasks. If you thrive in a structured environment and enjoy working with a team, this is the job for you!

Your tasks:

  • Entering and managing orders in the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
  • Supporting warehouse staff with administrative tasks
  • Preparing and processing transport and customs documents
  • Checking incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy
  • Identifying process improvements in logistics administration
  • Assisting with light warehouse tasks when needed

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in logistics administration is a plus, but not required
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Basic knowledge of warehouse systems and processes
  • Good command of Dutch and/or English
  • Full-time availability (40 hours per week)
  • Willing to obtain a VOG (Certificate of Conduct)

  • A salary of €15,09 per hour, based on experience
  • 8.33% holiday pay and at least 25 paid vacation days per year
