About

Are you a logistics talent with knowledge of import and/or export? In this dynamic role, you will be the key link between suppliers, transporters, and customers. You will ensure the smooth handling of international shipments, manage logistics administration, and keep everything under control. With your keen eye for detail and proactive mindset, you make sure everything runs seamlessly.

What will you do?

  • Coordinate import and export shipments worldwide
  • Arrange transport and documentation in compliance with customs regulations
  • Maintain communication with customers, suppliers, and transporters
  • Prepare, review, and process freight and customs documents
  • Monitor delivery schedules and resolve delays
  • Optimize logistics processes and contribute to efficiency improvements
  • Ensure compliance with international trade and customs regulations
  • Handle administrative tasks related to transport and shipping data

Who are we looking for?

  • You have experience in import and/or export, preferably in an international environment
  • You have a good command of Dutch and/or English (additional languages are a plus)
  • You are detail-oriented and can perform under pressure
  • You can think quickly and solve problems effectively
  • You are familiar with customs procedures and logistics processes
  • Experience with ERP systems and transport software is a plus
  • You are available full-time (40 hours per week) and enjoy working in an office environment
